Kendall Haywood Producer

Kendall H. Haywood, a graduate of the University of University of West Florida, began training soft skills in 1989 while employed at a community college in Niceville, FL.  She soon discovered that training was in her blood.  After her Air Force husband retired to Alabama in 1995, Kendall continued in the training and development field.  She began her career with AIDT as a Management Trainer in 2000 and was promoted to Leadership Development Manager in 2006.  She has conducted various training programs for local industries and community agencies throughout Alabama.  Kendall’s enthusiasm for teaching makes her classes lively and informative.  She and her husband, Walt, have a daughter named Kendra, who is a junior at Auburn University studying Elementary Education.  Kendall loves to travel, read and entertain.
